1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website downloads onto the user's device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when it is visited. They allow the site to store and retrieve information about browsing, and may serve to recognise the user, remember their preferences or analyse how they use the page.
The term "cookies" also covers other technologies for storing and retrieving data on the user's device, such as browser local storage and session storage, tracking pixels and web beacons.
Their use is governed by article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, which requires the user to be informed and their consent obtained before installing cookies, except those strictly necessary to provide the service expressly requested or to enable communication.
2. Types of cookies
According to who manages them:
- First-party: sent to the user's device from a domain managed by the website owner.
- Third-party: sent from a domain managed by a different entity.
According to their duration:
- Session: deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent: stored for a set period.
According to their purpose:
- Technical or necessary: enable browsing and the use of the site's functions (security, load balancing, traffic control, playing content). These are exempt from consent.
- Preference or personalisation: remember user choices, such as language.
- Analytics or measurement: allow site usage to be quantified and analysed in order to improve it. These require prior consent.
- Behavioural advertising: store information on user behaviour in order to display advertising based on their profile. These require prior consent.
3. Cookies used by this website
www.sempereconsulting.com is a static, informational website. It installs no analytics, advertising personalisation or social media cookies, and incorporates no tracking pixels, social widgets or embedded third-party content.
The only cookies or equivalent technologies that may be used are strictly technical and are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE:

These cookies do not collect information that allows browsing profiles to be built, nor are they used for purposes other than those stated.
4. Links to third-party platforms
The website includes outbound links to LinkedIn profiles and to the WhatsApp application. These links install no cookies from www.sempereconsulting.com: they are simple hyperlinks.
However, when the user clicks them and reaches the destination platform, that platform may install its own cookies in accordance with its policies, which are outside the control of SB RESOURCES. Users are advised to consult each platform's cookie policy:

5. How to manage or disable cookies

6. If analytics tools are added in future
At the date of publication of this policy, no web analytics tool is installed. If one were added later — for example, Google Analytics or another audience measurement system — the following safeguards will apply:
